Neat thermostat screen frozen and won’t reset

Hi everyone,

Our Nest thermostat was u plugged for a while so this may be a power issue, but I have had it charging on the base for a couple of days and even tried a different charger cable straight into the back of the thermostat for a few hours now.

The screen is frozen on the white screen with blue nest logo. I have tried manually restarting it by pushing the device in for 10 seconds, releasing then pressing once to activate, but it just returns to the same frozen screen.

Anyone know how I can fix this?
