Neat wiring help

 Above is my old thermostat wiring.  I am in process of installing my New Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat.    I have a standard heat pump and air handler.  I’m confused with the old wiring to the new wiring for the nest.  My two issues is the white wire and the orange.  I’m not sure where they go in the nest.  If you look at the old wiring above the orange is in the W20????   I’m not sure how to wire this up to the nest.  Any professional help would be great.   Thanks

I forgot to mention that I know the jump would not be included or required for the nest.  But the orange has me confused as to how to use it for the nest

@RayH

Do you know if you have a heat pump or a conventional system?

It is probably a heat pump if it is a new system, but that's just a guess.
