I have had this Nest thermostat sitting on a shelf for about 2 years - finally decided to install it. Had a great chat session with a support person that was thorough. My HVAC system is definitely compatible - model numbers were checked by support person. I wired the Nest as follows (as I was told) - red HVAC to red Nest - yellow HVAC to yellow Nest - green HVAC to green Nest - blue HVAC (which was terminated on the "W" terminal on the original Honeywell thermostat) to white on Nest. I have been all over the forums, the app, Nest thermostat help, and no matter what directions I follow - there is no option offered to control the fan. I may have to trash this unit as my wife is bedridden and I have to have the air circulating at all times for the air sanitizing unit on the HVAC system. HELP & THANKS MUCH

Hello petrogreco,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Just a few questions: What is the label of the terminal where the green wire is connected from your old thermostat? Have you tried the Fan settings on Nest thermostat devices? If not, Check out this link on how to control a Fan with a Nest thermostat.
I look forward to your response.
Thank,
Edmond
