Need entry key on already installed app

Nest app got deleted and now it doesn’t allow me to make changes to thermostat . Attempted to recover entry key through settings but it’s tells me app is already installed.

can anyone help with this ?

Are you signed into the Nest app with the same account you used to setup the thermostat?
