Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Are you located in North America or Europe? You may send us a photo of your current thermostat wiring configuration here in the Community forum. Scroll down to this reply, then hit Reply. Click the camera icon at the top or tap the three dots to expand the tool bar to see the camera icon, and then you may now select the photo of your current thermostat from your phone's gallery to proceed. If replying to the photo here does not go through, you can create a Google Photos link where you can add the necessary image and reply the link here in this thread. Also, you can use our Compatibility Checker to determine if a Nest thermostat is compatible with your heating and cooling system.
