Could you send us a screenshot of the app where it asks you to post a your wiring photo? You can send us the photo of your current thermostat wiring configuration so we can also take a closer look. Also, you can use our Compatibility Checker to determine if a Nest thermostat is compatible with your heating and cooling system.
