Need to change owner

I have Nest set up to communicate remotely with the thermostat at work. I set it to heat this morning at 9:00 a.m. on behalf of an employee who went in to use the space. According to my app it said that the space was already at 21.5 C. However, when the employee got there at 11:00 a.m. it was only at 15 C. My app still said it was at 21.5C. Can you tell me why I'm getting the wrong reading?

The thermostat works fine when you set it manually.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. Let's check on your thermostat further. A few questions — is this the first instance this had happened?  Have you tried to force close your Nest app, reopened it then checked if the same temperature on the Nest thermostat display showed on your Nest app? Also, when you manually change the temperature using the display, does it show correctly on your Nest app?
