Need to check current system compatibility with nest thermostats

Hi, I currently have a Honeywell thermostat with three wires on it red, white and blue connected to a terminal block with 1,2,3 respectively.  I wanted to determine if my system is compatible with a nest thermostat. .  Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Thank you for posting in this community. Based on the information that you have provided me, your wiring system is not compatible with the Nest thermostat. If you'd like to install this device, you need to contact an expert to get better assistance to determine if your system can be rewired to be Nest-compatible.

Additional information: This tool will guide you through a process to determine your wiring configuration and then tell you if a Nest thermostat will work with it.
