A night ago we noticed that we could a read on the app and whe. We checked the thermostat, it gave an error code of E195. We have tried literally everything from chaging with a USB cord, checking and restting the breaker, restarting the Wifi, checking the hvac system to see if there were any blow circuits. Nothing helped. I don't understand why the R wire is not receiving power?!?!? Can someone help?
