Haven't  received the link for a discount code. Gen 2 coming to an end. How to you get the upgrade being offered?

I never got one either.  Google said contact Tado.  Tadonsaid contact google.

end result a thermostat that stops working properly in a month and no upgrade voucher.

I got an offer link, but when I try to redeem it, Google does not deliver to EU - only to US. So not much worth.
