Hi Google technicians,
Steve Szommer was called by Google technician Jack. He helped to set up my ipone to control Nest 3.0 thermostat. But in 8 minutes later on failed again. May I ask Google to provide their reference number so I can give to Rona who in token may provide a new 4th generation Nest thermostat. Kindly contact me on my E mail or text, or call again any time. Googles reference number is important to resolve this defective thermostat and Rona will issue in short time new one. Currently my thermostst is turned OFF since not working.
