Nest 3 no power to Tstat

Followed APP directions for connecting thermostat. When installing thermostat to continue install, got no power.  Checked units and circuit breakers. Before and after pictures attached.

Update. I did not follow directions exactly.  The instruct say multiple times to secure power.  I figured low voltage; no problem. I’m wrong. I caused an internal fuse to fail by not securing power. Found solution on YouTube.
