Nest 3rd Gen Heat Link no lights even though voltage is present.

I have had my nest heat link since 2019 no issues and woke up the other morning and there was an H71 error couldnt connect the thermostat to the heat link. There are no lights on the heatlink ive checked and voltage is going to it. Nothing happens when i try to reset the heat link. I can see this is a common problem. Could someone send a replacement heat link?

I'm having the same issue. Was fine, now heatlink is dead. I have 2 'the other is ok. Asuume as common problem the issue is i need a replacement?  Have tried power off and on and reset. No response.
