Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat has C wire but won’t charge.

I installed three 3rd generation Nest thermostats in my house November 2023. It’s been working as intended. I noticed the other day it’s offline, then it died all together. I swapped out one of the other thermostats in order to see if it was having issues at that same spot, doesn’t seem to be the issue. I tried charging the thermostat with USB over night. Now it just turns on long enough to tell me it needs to shut down and charge battery, again and again. The thermostat isn’t very old, think the date on box says July 2023… and have had little issue with it till now. I’m pretty sure the WIFI is related to battery low and not holding or taking charge…
