Why is hard getting a customer service phone number to help solve the WIFI connection on the Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat problem? The Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat has a common problem with WIFI connection message nest.com/w5. The support help center and Contact Us can't solve the issues problem on the Nest Thermostat. I guess not having a customer service support teams it saves them from hearing all the complaints on this product. Also, very frustrating to have to write bad review to see if you can get help or replacement on the Nest Thermostat.

@WL24 , if your Nest product fails during the warranty period, you simply follow the instructions included in the documentation in box to file a warranty claim. Often warranty claims require you send back the defective unit so engineers can evaluate the root cause of the failure. Now then, if the unit fails outside the warranty period, your only choice is to purchase a replacement unit.
keep this in mind as well, most electronic devices only have a 90 day warranty and the nest products have a one year warranty unless you use a nest professional installation service in which case you get a three-year warranty,
