Nest 3rd Gen Wiring issues. Need help with wiring

Existing Thermostat Wiring 

Current Nest Wiring 

I connected the Nest thermostat to best match my existing wiring. When system powers on, it blows heat when in cooling modes. The HVAC system is a heat pump, I believe. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
