Hi
i have a 3rd Generation Nest thermostat which works the heating and hot water whist on schedule mode, but, if I try to select the heating on manual mode from my nest app on my phone, the dial lights up in orange as it should, but the heating doesn’t come on. However, if I press the button on the Heatlink, the heating and the hot water comes on. I have no error messages on my app or on the thermostat.
if anyone has had a similar problem, I’d really like to hear from you or if you know what the problem might be.
I have spent many hours trying to get help from Customer Services at Google Nest who have been useless. Been promised calls twice from Senior technical advisors and never received any calls. Now given up with them and my equipment is still under warranty!!
