Nest 3rd Generation will NOT connect to wi fi

Hi my Nest 3rd generation Thermostat will NOT connect to my wi fi ,in fact it cannot find ANY wi fi networks let alone ours.

i have done reset ,restart ,typed in my network manually ,the display says network hidden , or not in range .

The themostat still works manually buy no connection to app ,or alexa ,please can anyone help me ,many thanks Orlimar

Are you receiving an error code like W5?

Do you have a C wire connected?
