Nest 3rd gen learning thermostat can't find any wifi networks

I have the same issue since last week .,horrible service can’t contact customer service.

I have the same problem too. It won't let me even reset.

just finished chatting with Google Help and they are replacing my thermostat, They were very helpful and responsive.
