I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps by Google - my thermostat 3rd generation cannot connect to WiFi and has been disconnected from my google home. HVAC technician has also worked on but could not resolve.
I cannot file a warranty claim because google cannot locate my device on my home account to verify it’s under warranty.
Purchased 10/2023.

I have all the needed information to file a claim- s/n model etc - any other method to contact google nest thermostat support to file a warranty claim

It doesn’t work for me because my devices are off the network and my gmail account has been disconnected from my GOOGLE home.

I have all the necessary information to file a warranty but there doesn’t appear to be any way to manually enter the warranty into.
