I had this nest for about 4-5 years and it was fine. About 3 months ago it started going offline here and there and I was able to charge it with a USB cord and then it worked for a while. Now it will not hold a charge at all, it shows wiring error or connectivity error. It actually just went off-line about three hours ago while we were sleeping and now when I plugged it into the USB, it doesn’t appear to be charging because I am not seeing a blinking green light. Seems to me the actual nest unit is faulty you Please advise.
