Nest 4th Thermostat wires

Hello everyone 

I’ve disconnected my Rheem Thermostat and it has a R, C, E1 and E2 wires. Can it be connected to my new Nest Thermostat? Should I just call a HVAC technician?

The Rheem uses a proprietary interface that is not compatible with any of the Nest thermostats
