Hi @Mr16,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear your Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) is having connectivity issues with your WiFi. I understand how frustrating this can be, but don't worry; I'd be glad to help.

To give you the best information, I have a few questions for you:

  • When did you install your Nest Thermostat?
  • Are you controlling your thermostat from the Nest app, the Google Home app, or directly from the Nest Thermostat display?
  • Has your thermostat ever connected to your network successfully?
  • Are you trying to connect to a 2.4 GHz or a 5 GHz network?
  • Do you only have one WiFi network available, or are there others?
  • Did you try restarting your WiFi router?
  • Did you try connecting the Nest Thermostat to a mobile hotspot?
  • Does your thermostat show as "offline" in the Nest or Google Home app, or is it indicated on the device itself?

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Gabriela

Hi @Mr16,

Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry to hear the issue is still not resolved; I appreciate you taking the time to complete the troubleshooting steps with the Customer Support Team.

Given the situation, my best recommendation is to wait for further guidance from the Customer Support Team. Additionally, it would be beneficial to call your Internet Service Provider to have them check your network.

Feel free to keep us posted if you have more questions.

 Best regards,

Gabriela
