Nest App Offline

Nest App on my iPhone is showing offline, yet the thermostat is working perfectly fine with no messages. 
I shut down my cell, and also checked to make sure the app itself has the correct version, and it is still showing offline on the Nest App.

Any suggestions? Need this rectified, because I need to know what’s happening when I’m not home.

Hello I have the same issue , my thermostat is connected and working fine by iPhone app says offline since last Saturday. It was fine for years before but not now ? Any ideas ?
