As with others since google took over nest I am unable to use the nest App. It says log in with google which I do. It asks if I've already got a nest account which I say yes to. Wont let me in. It asks if I want to reset my password. I say yes no email. Its as though my account has been deleted. I've re-installed the nest app and now it wants to re-install the thermostat but It wont give me a code as it says already connected to an app.
This is a really poor show. Changing something that people rely on with no notification and no means of assistance.
My situation is that I can no long control my thermostat using the App. Therefore I can't change any settings.

I'm sorry to hear that you can't access your thermostat in the Nest app. I understand that it's frustrating, but I definitely wanted to see how I could help.
Since your thermostat is already connected to an account, please make sure that you're trying to login with the right email address associated with your thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where it might be connected. Check out this guide on how to switch home structures in the Nest app and let us know if that helps or if the issue still persists.
