I have tried everything under the sun. I cannot connect my Nest Thermostat (3rd gen) to my app. Ever since the account was merged to Google, it has not allowed me to connect to the app. My thermostat is linked to the wifi, but it says there is a problem when connecting the app with the wifi. I have reset thermostat & router. I have deleted and reset app to no avail.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
