Nest Connect to Google

Hi I’ve had the Nest for  a while  and I’m trying to connect with google and it’s not connecting with the password provided and says to keep trying

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out. 

Just to confirm, are you trying to migrate your Nest account to Google or are you trying to link your Nest account to the Google one where your Google Home speakers or displays are? Also, when you sign in to your Nest app, what option are you choosing? Is it the Sign in with Google or the Continue with Nest?
