Nest E has a STD

I have a new home with a nest E thermostat. All wire good and c wire(blue) hooked up...I still get errors of offline, no c wire connected...is this a **bleep**in Google STD or Nest app **bleep**up? Battery reads 3.9volts....wtf?

Thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about what's happening with your Nest Thermostat E.

Let's try to reset your thermostat network connection by going to settings > reset then select network.

Once done, try to restart your WiFi router and then check if you could connect your thermostat back to your network.
