My Nest E thermostat hasn’t been working correctly. I powered it off to reset it and now the light keeps flashing green. I put it on the charger for 30 minutes and it still won’t stop flashing. I tried holding it down for 10 seconds. It flashes orange, then doesn’t power up, and goes back to flashing green. I know the flashing green light means it’s updating, but our thermostat has never been able to connect to wifi. So how can it be updating if it can’t connect to wifi? We haven’t even had this on the wall for 6 months. I’m very disappointed in this product. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you
