Nest G4CVZ adding C wire via dedicated transformer

Just hooked up new Nest and it’s asking for a C wire.  My old 2 wire boiler only has T T leads for thermostat.  One zone, no hot water or air conditioning, heat only.   I have purchased a standard 24V transformer and would like to add  C wire to the back of Nest but only 6 terminals on the back and W & R taken for T stat leads.  If I add C wire from transformer where does other transformer wire go?  Some show it being added into existing R lead and sharing with Thermostat wire, but Nest doesn’t allow for that as terminal is so small that only 1 wire fits in, should I splice extra transformer into R lead with T stat wire?  Also only one R wire terminal on Nest (not Rh and Rc like older versions…

Also on transformer, one lead labeled “load R” - assume this goes to R on Nest, and second lead labeled “C” - assume that goes to C on Nest?
