Nest Heat Link Dead - need replacement

VitaminDave
Community Member

My Nest heat link is completely dead. I've verified power to the unit

  • How long has your thermostat been installed for? under 2 years
  • Did the issue happen during the installation? No
  • Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display? H71
  • Have you had any power cuts recently? Yes
  • Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently? No
  • If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done? All RCBs are working fine
  • How many zones are present in the setup? 1

How do I order a replacement heat link?

Thanks,

Dave

Happy to report that yes, I requested a support callback and a minute after sending the request, the super helpful tech organised an RMA and a new heatlink which is now installed and I'm back up and running perfectly! The tech even offered to pay for removal/installation and a temporary replacement heating controller switch.  Very happy with the support and service, thanks!
