My heat link has stopped working after 2 years. My second heat link is working fine. The faulty heat link has 230V connected however, the unit is completely dead, no lights, won’t reset etc.
Contacted Google nest help today via online chat. Still under warranty, sending replacement heat link hopefully in the next couple of days. Sorted quickly.
