Nest Heat Link No power

Please can someone help, my nest heat link is not working at all, no lights no signs of any power. Have read previous threads and tried all the recommendations, spoken to our plumber and electrician who have said this is a nest fault. How can I get this replaced? I have no heating now.

Have you tried to reset it? Try holding the button for 15 seconds.. it may help?

yes, no lights on the box, like it’s just dead. Was working fine for nearly 2 years and just last night stopped.

Shouldn't really make a difference but have you changed the batteries?

Have you checked that there is still power going to the unit? Circuit hasn't tripped or if there is a fused plate anywhere that the fuse hasn't blown?

thanks for reply, afraid the whole link box that communicates between the boiler and thermostat is dead, a new one was sent out by nest so will get it reinstalled on Monday. Electrician had to override the link box so I could get heating on.
