Hi,
My Nest Heat Link (installed just over two years ago) has suddenly stopped working. I called out a professional heating engineer yesterday to have a look and he has advised that the Heat Link has developed a fault.
There are no lights coming on to the Heat Link and the Nest Thermostat is displaying a H72 fault code. The heating engineer confirmed that the Heat Link was receiving the correct power and that all fuses/switches were fine and that the condensing boiler and heating cylinder that it controls were operational. He has advised that the Heat Link (model Amber-2.5) needs replacing.
Please can you assist as a matter of urgency? Needless to say it is extremely disappointing. I have no hot water or heating and have young children.
Thanks,
Masood

Hey @code-doctor,
I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to assist you on this matter. Do you have a diagnostic report from the engineer?

Hey there,
Just checking, do you still need help?

Hi @AnaM,
Thanks for getting back to me. I contacted support via chat who have now resolved my issue (I needed a replacement HeatLink fitted under warranty which has now been done).
