Nest thermostat reading wrong temperature

Please read and guide me my ac keeps running all day 24/7 like this temperature won’t come down until 7-8 pm when out side temperature drops below 70 even google customer care is not helping me

Offline on the application

My Google Nest on the Google home app keeps saying the thermostat is offline but the actual thermostat shows it's online. It gets back online when I restart the thermostat but goes back to offline. Can someone advise what can be done?
