Good Day,
My thermostat and heating system suddenly stopped working two days ago Monday 4th April. Code H72.
The thermostat is fitted correctly and working for almost 3 year with no problems.
An electrician has checked the heat link, there is power getting to the heat link but no charge to the thermostat.
Pressing the heat link for 10 or 20 seconds does nothing.
There have been no power cuts and no circuits have tripped.
Trust you can advise next course of action as i have no way to turn my central heating on.
Many Thanks,
Brian

Thanks for letting us know, @scunny.
Could you tell us please if you've checked on the breaker switch and fuse box? Any blown fuse in there? Have you tried to turn the breaker switch off and on again? Any difference?

No circuit breaker issues, I’ve had an electrician round to look at it. As I said on my first post, there is power getting to the heat link but no charge / link to the thermostat.
