The Nest Heat Link completely died on me and is completely unresponsive, no LEDs showing at all, tried in manual mode and this does not work when the button is pressed.
I have tried all troubleshooting solutions on other threads on this forum including holding down the button for 10/20/30 seconds and none of them have made any difference. I have checked and there is power going to the unit!
Any help or solution's would be appreciated,
Yhanks in advance

Hi @Spyglass,
Thanks for reaching out. Let's check a few things:
What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
When was it installed?
Did the issue happen during installation or after installation?
Are there any lights on the Heat Link? Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing Manual Mode?
Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
Have you had any recent power cuts in your area?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
Let me know so I can properly help you.

Hi @Spyglass. Thanks for submitting the form. Let's try one more thing: if all breakers look good and the power is alright try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after when you press the button on it. Let me know how it goes.
