Buongiorno, oggi il mio Nest Heat Links si è spento. Ho provato a premere il pulsante per 30 secondi ma non si accende.
Quando sono rientrato il termostato Nest era già spento, l'ho collegato con il cavo usb ed ho ricaricato la batteria, però dopo averlo ricollegato alla basetta non indica nessun codice di errore.

Ciao, il termostato Nest si è acceso dopo averlo collegato con cavo micro-usb. Ho scollegato Heat Link dalla caldaia e l'ho collegato alla rete 220v, non si accende nessun led. Se collego a Heat Link il cavo micro-usb si accende il led blu, se premo il pulsante si accendono anche gli altri due.
Non è stato effettuato alcuno intervento alla caldaia.

Buongiorno, l'impianto in casa è ok, nessuna anomalia riscontrata. La caldaia è ok.
