Nest Heat Link

Buongiorno, oggi il mio Nest Heat Links si è spento. Ho provato a premere il pulsante per 30 secondi ma non si accende.

Quando sono rientrato il termostato Nest era già spento, l'ho collegato con il cavo usb ed ho ricaricato la batteria, però dopo averlo ricollegato alla basetta non indica nessun codice di errore.

Potete darmi info?  Grazie.

  • When was the heat link installed? 
  • Are you seeing any wiring reports or errors on the thermostat or app? 
  • Have you recently had any service or maintenance performed on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system? If so, how long was the power off? Please be specific. 
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

Ciao, il termostato Nest si è acceso dopo averlo collegato con cavo micro-usb. Ho scollegato Heat Link  dalla caldaia e l'ho collegato alla rete 220v, non si accende nessun led. Se collego a Heat Link il cavo micro-usb si accende il led blu, se premo il pulsante si accendono anche gli altri due.
Non è stato effettuato alcuno intervento alla caldaia.

Thanks for your reply. For your responses, I need to ask some more questions:

 

  • Is this the first installation? 
  • What type of HVAC system do you have?
  •  What model of Google Nest thermostat and Heat Link do you have? 
  • Did you experience a power outage at your place?

 

Please try the next troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Please check that the breaker switches are set to "on."
  • Check Breakers and Fuses: Ensure all circuit breakers are in the "on" position and fuses haven't tripped.
  • Inspect Isolation Switches: In some cases, the boiler will have an additional isolation switch. Please check if your boiler has any isolation switches and verify that they are turned on.

  • Installato a febbraio 2023.
  • Vedi segnalazioni di cablaggio o errori sul termostato o sull'app?
  • No, nessuna anomalia riscontrata.
  • Hai eseguito di recente un intervento di assistenza o manutenzione sul tuo impianto elettrico, idraulico o di riscaldamento? Se sì, per quanto tempo è rimasta senza corrente? Sii specifico. 
  • No,  nessun intervento.
  • Quali misure di risoluzione dei problemi hai già provato?
  • Ho scollegato l'alimentazione a heatlink per alcuni minuti.

Finally, please try to turn on manual mode to verify boiler activation.

 

  • For 2nd and 3rd Gen Nest Learning Thermostats (NLT): Press the Heat Link button once. For Nest Thermostat E (NTE): Press the Heat Link button twice.
  • To turn off manual heating, there are 3 ways:
