Hi, my Heat Link has stopped working after about 3 years. I checked the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. The boiler works just fine for hot water.
I also tried to power cycle the Heat Link. I turned the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turned it back on. It has no reaction after, when pressing the button on it.
The error on the Nest thermostat display is H72. We haven’t had any power cuts recently. We haven’t had any work done on our electrical or heating systems recently either, the thermostat simply stopped working about 3 hours ago.
I understand from reading other posts that this is a known issue. Any help would be appreciated!
