Nest Learning Thermostat Compatibility Check

Please view the included picture of my current thermostat wiring for system compatibility. Question… Is this compatible? Thank you for your assistance with this. 😄

Yes this looks compatible. On your nest wire base, connect the white wire to W and the Red wire to R. Ignore the red jumper wire you have from Rc to Rh, you do not need this on your Nest.
