The google home app is showing the nest offline but the nest is connected to the internet and doesn’t say offline on thermostat.
It seems to be just in the app. I have to restart my nest everyday. I have tried deleting the google home app, pulling the nest off the wall, resetting the nest. Nothing seems to be fixing the issue. It’s starting to get very annoying because the app and being able to control the thermostat anywhere is the whole purpose of having a smart thermostat. That function is currently not working. This is a recent issue. I have owed it for almost a year.
