I cannot connect my thermostat to my iPhone app or home.nest.com. The thermostat is connected to wifi, and it is working fine independently of the app. It has been showing as 'offline' in the app, and not able to control it or get usage data. I have tried: restarting the Nest; resetting the WWN connection; reconnecting the thermostat to my wifi; updating the software of the thermostat; and updating my iPhone app.
I have now removed the thermostat from the app, and am following the installation flow to add the thermostat back into the app. I've scanned the QR code on the back and am getting stuck on the Entry key step. The thermostat says "There was a problem connecting to the service. Try again later." and just stops there. I am not sure where to go from here or what to try next. (help)

@Petra123, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We would recommend you to reset it to the factory default then re-add it to the Nest app. You may follow the steps that jhondika has shared above. Let us know how it goes.
