Nest Learning Thermostat ver 6.2-22

Recently my thermostat has received the update to 6.2-22 and the heating became intermittent.  From today morning the heating is not coming on.  There are other threads reporting that 6.2-22 is buggy and needs to be rolled back if you post here.  Please rollback the software update 6.2-22 so that i can get my heating to turn back on!!

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

The software updates should not affect any of the heating or cooling or your HVAC unit. We could try some steps to help us isolate the issue further. Check your HVAC unit switches, filters and drip pans. Sometimes they might be clogged and having this strange behavior from the unit.

Also, go to settings > equipment > select your heat type and source. They might have been changed and need to be selected again.
