Nest Learning Thermostat

We bought a learning Thermostat just over a year ago. It stopped linking to the Internet and although we tried several time it still would not connect. It is now out of warranty and I have since discovered its a problem with nest. We were not too upset as we could access the nest manually. Today it stopped working totally. My question is can I just buy another learning thermostat and plug it in or do I need to get an electrician out to pair it with the heat link I already have?

Hi ItchyWitchy72,

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your device. You do not need to call an electrician, a replacement display will pair with the existing Heat Link. We don't sell spare parts on our official website, Google Store, but you may find the required part on our retailers website or you can try contacting a Nest Pro as they might sell these spare parts as well. Here is a link to our Nest Pro finder: https://bit.ly/3mlKlJv. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.
