Hey Smaste1, 

Thanks for reaching out and for the photo of your current thermostat wires.

I'm afraid, I'm unable to see the labels of the other terminals as the wires are blocking them. 

Could you confirm if what you have is red for RC, yellow to Y, blue to C, orange to W, green to G, white to W1 and jumper wire from W1 to W2? If yes, it should be compatible with any of our Nest thermostats. You just have to wire it as it and take off the jumper wire as it won't be needed.
