I cannot log into Nest to control my thermostats and when I select "password reset" it says an email will be sent but I never get one. I just want to reset my password so I can get logged in to control my thermostats.

One possibility (which may not apply in your case) is that you are trying to log on using an email account that is different from the one you've used in the past to log into the Google Nest app or Google Home app.

As you try to log in to your account, do you click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Nest? How does it go when you try to log in to both?
