Hello Members of the Community,
Hope everyone is doing well. Was wondering if someone can help with this -
I wired the Nest Power Connector in accordance with the "Cooling and Heating System" diagram, but the outdoor AC unit won't kick on after the installation. The current wires at the furance board before installing the power connects are: W2 and W1 (jumper), W1 , R, G, B/C, Y1 and O(jumper). The bold letters are connected to the thermostat. I left the W1 and G wires untouched, and connected the R wire from themostate with the gray R wire of the power connector, and the Y1 wire with the gray R wire of the power connector. The three white wires from the power connectors were connected to the C, R, and Y1 at the furnance board. However, the outdoor AC unit won't kick on after the installation. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

It looks like there may be a wiring mismatch with the Nest Power Connector. Double-check that each wire matches the thermostat and HVAC system requirements exactly, especially the Y1 and R connections. Make sure the jumper settings at the furnace board are correct for your system type. If the outdoor AC still won’t turn on, consult the Nest installation guide for your specific HVAC model or contact Nest Support miswiring can prevent the AC from starting.

Hi Kirk,
Thank you for your response. I followed the Nest Installation Guide for "Cooling and Heating System" when I added the power connector. Below is the pictures of the "Before" and "After" wiring the Connector.
