Nest Renew has been charging me for 4 years. Google couldn't find out what the charges were.

I've been seeing nest labs and google nest charges on my account for a while, I've been calling and messaging nest to see what they are. I have about 10 hours invested into figuring it out and I'm left with wait to see if the charges fall off as nest renew premium isn't available anymore. I was charged yesterday and still pending. Customer service is a joke! Total charges are $421 and I don't know what they are for, just wait and see if they post on my account. 

Hopefully the  $18/mo charges stop so I don't have to cancel my credit card. Already disputed all charges with my bank. Time to move away from nest.
