Until the other day my Nest Speakers could both answer "Whats the Inside Tempratrue" and "Set Temprature to XXX". A couple of days ago the first continues to work, but the second gets "Sorry it looks like Nest isn't available right now".
The same is true from the Google Assistant on my Android Phone. However, the Nest APP on the phone still can display and set the temperature.
How can I fix this?

Ultimately I called Google support and they thought it was related to incomplete conversion from the old Nest account to a Google account. They had me reset the thermostat to factory and readd it to the Google account. Now its working properly from Google assistant, Google Home, and Google Speakers and Hub.

I'm here for the exact same reason. I changed to a new phone a few days ago and in that process, I ended up finally caving into 2-factor authentication for the Nest thermostat (I usually keep a desktop computer google chrome browser tab open on my nest and I caved into that setting there). I'm wondering if that might be to blame, although I think I've used voice control of the thermostat since the new phone was introduced. Regardless, I'm having the same issues you are so either I did something or google did something since your post is only 3 hours old.

I'm all set now. Resetting the thermostat and entering all my information again corrected my problem.

I also I am having the same issue with the iPhone. My nest is working on my phone as well but it says when I want to see what the temperature is on Google home I get sorry looks like nest is not available right now. This issue has been going on for two days now.
