Eco Comes On Even When Disabled

We followed the guidance to turn off the Eco mode for our Nest Thermostat. It says it is disabled, but everyone we leave the house, the Eco mode comes on.

I'm sure there's an option to link it to a phone location - if the phone moves out of range it goes to Eco mode?

Do you have Home/Away Assist turned on?  That's what that feature is designed to do  --  put the system in Eco mode when it detects you're away.  If you turn that feature off, the Nest should stop looking for you and should simply follow its schedule.  (Lots of people, including me, find Home/Away Assist to be too inconsistent to use anyway.)
